Founded in the Dublin city centre fish market, Kish Fish is run by the O’Meara brothers, Tadgh & Damian supplying leading hotels, restaurants, supermarkets and other food service outlets.
Together with their dedicated team they have also developed 4 popular fish shops in addition to a production kitchen, Smokehouse and Kish Café.

What’s in a name?
We’re proudly named after the famous Kish Lighthouse, located 11km from the Dublin coast. For over two centuries this iconic beacon has been protecting boats from running aground on the treacherous Kish sandbank or Banc na Cise. Like our namesake, we’re a beacon for our customers, reaching out across the oceans, seeking out the finest quality fish, and guiding them every step of the way.

Time
From the first catch our dad sold at the old Dublin Fish Market, to our busy shop in Howth, the hustle and bustle of the city is in our blood. Over the years we’ve grown, but we never forget where we came from.
